1937 Ford Slantback 2-Door Sedan
Very nicely built, show quality, ALL ORIGINAL STEEL, 1937 Slantback Sedan. Current owner/collector has had the car for the past 7 years. Full ground-up restoration of the frame, suspension, body, and interior. All body sheet metal stripped, prepped and shot with 2-Stage Hugger Orange GM Code 72 clear coat/base coat. Topped with Corvette Millennium Yellow flames and pin striping. Factory '37 grill painted with a stainless frame. Custom mirrors, recessed turn signals, smoothed and filled front and rear lower body panels and running boards, recessed 3rd tail light and license plate. Trunk and door handles removed and operate with electric solenoids & locks. Interior upholstered in Cinnamon leather and high-end vinyl combination. Dash has a billet insert with a full complement of gauges and controls for the Hot Rod Air AC., power windows,door locks, keyless entry and trunk release. Ididit stainless steering column topped by leather wrapped billet Banjo steering wheel. Street & Performance 350 c.i. 385 hp Chevy crate engine fitted with a polished Street & Performance TPI fuel injection system and computer, Edelbrock Aluminum heads, mid-level performance cam , HEI performance distributer, Block Hugger headers, and Walker HD Radiator. Bowtie Overdrives TH700R4 transmission, custom narrowed Dutchman 9" Ford differential,Dutchman 31-spline axles and Posi 3.55 gears. Completely boxed & braced frame withfully polished hardware, Mustang II Rack & Pinion steering, QA1 adjustable performance coil over front & rear shocks, and polished tubular A-arms, and Wilwood 4-wheel disc brakes.
